BAAAM Ltd is called the “Data Controller” because it has control over, and responsibility for, your personal information.

1.2 BAAAM Ltd is the owner of the web site at “” (“BAAAM Ltd Website”).

8.1.3 You are entitled, by writing to BAAAM Ltd, to require us to ensure that no decision taken by or on behalf of BAAAM Ltd and which significantly affects you is based solely on the automated processing of your information, for the purpose of evaluating such matters as, for example, your creditworthiness, reliability or conduct; and

8.1.4 if it is held by a court that the personal information held is inaccurate, you are entitled to apply to ask the court for an order that such inaccurate information be rectified, blocked, destroyed, or erased.

Xero (

This is our online accounting software. We store your business details (including email address and phone number) here for the purposes of invoicing and quoting for our projects and services. You can view the Xero privacy policy here:

We use this platform to sync invoices generated in Xero with our Direct Debit platform GoCardless (see below) for the purposes of collecting only the correct amounts at the agreed intervals. You can view the Directli privacy policy here:

Mailchimp (

Fasthosts (

Fasthosts are one of the hosting providers we use. We register domains with this service. If you are the owner of the registered domain, your business details, name, email address and phone number are provided to Fasthosts. This information is in turn made available to the TLD (top level domain) authorities that oversee TLDs, e.g. Nominet for domains ICANN for .com etc. If you have a website and / or email hosted with Brownstone Advertising & Marketing Limited we may use Fasthosts to provide our service and are obliged to provide your data to them.

Siteground (

Siteground are one of the hosting providers we use. If you have a website and / or email hosted with Brownstone Advertising & Marketing Limited we may use Fasthosts to provide our service and are obliged to provide your data to them. All our hosting provided on this platform is PCI compliant.
